Important information

Changes to your registration: Once confirmed, your registration can only be changed, if necessary, by logging in to your user area on groominit.com. Changes are allowed until 30/03/2027 at the latest.
Cancelling your registration:
You can cancel your registration until 30/03/2027 at the latest by sending an email to [email protected]. After that date, the amount will still be invoiced and must be paid to Master Show, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you cancel within the deadline, no fee will be charged.


Payment details:
• Italian participants: payment must be made directly at the event, at the registration desk, upon arrival. The use of credit cards depends on the stability of the Wi-Fi connection, so we recommend bringing cash in case of problems with the electronic system.
• Foreign participants: payment cannot be made on site, but must be made in advance by bank transfer. Our office will contact you with all the bank details, the exact amount and payment instructions, both for registration and for any meal orders.


Cancellation conditions:
• By March 30, 2027: no fee will be charged.
• After March 30, 2027: the amount will still be invoiced.
• Penalty for cancellation or no-show: in case of cancellation or absence after March 30, 2027, it will not be possible to cancel the registration, not even for health reasons. An invoice will be issued to cover organizational costs. In addition, the participant will be added to the Groominit list and mandatory advance payment will be required to take part in future events.


Registration desk opening hours:
The Master Show registration desk will be open at the PalaEventi at the following times:


• Friday, April 9, 2027: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Saturday, April 10, 2027: from 7:30 am
• Sunday, April 11, 2027: from 8:00 am
We recommend collecting your entry pass on Friday afternoon to avoid long queues on Saturday morning.


Registration of participating dogs:
All dogs taking part in the event must be registered by March 30, 2027, in accordance with AUSL (local health authority) guidelines. Master Show informs that all dogs entering the Palacongressi, whether or not they are entered in competitions, must be registered with the Italian National Dog Registry and must be up to date with their annual vaccinations. The dog’s owner must carry the dog’s health booklet when entering the venue and throughout their stay, in case of veterinary checks. Dogs coming from abroad require a pet passport (PET PASSPORT) as well as an identification microchip. If you wish to add a dog after completing your registration, log in to your user area on groominit.com and register it by March 30, 2027.


Registration for Master Show is only possible through the website www.mastershow.it.
